WeatherBug

OK, now that summer is in full swing, I'm hooked on WeatherBug. I have the temperature in my tray all the time and one little click brings it up. I get the temperature, down to .1 degree, wind speed, wind direction, gusts, amount of rain. If I click more, I can see monthly totals.

The feature I like the best is the radar. Once I see a dark cloud outside, I'm checking for thunderstorms. I watch as the red moves toward me only to veer away at the last second. It happened again last night. I love to put the radar in motion and watch the storms move across the screen.

It should be known that I am a weather junkie and have been since about the fifth grade. Summer is the most active time for radar watching. Now, if we only had a hurricane to track. I can dream, can't I?

Weatherbug is awesome. I keep it running all the time, too, so that I don't have to go check any of the weather websites or the Weather Network on TV when I want to know what's coming. Very handy, particularly when there is a winterstorm on the way!

I also have weatherbug, but you sound like you are either obsessed with it or they paid you to be a spokesperson for their product, because the enthusiasm is a bit much. Also, wishing for a hurricane after the many disasters that have plagued many a person and taken lives seems a big childish.
